How do I enter the promotion?
To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
Do I have to make a purchase to enter?
Yes, you will need to purchase of any 3 MAGGI products, from a Participating Retailer, during the promotion period.
How many times can I enter?
Multiple entries are permitted, however max 1 entry per transaction.
Each person can only win a maximum of one prize (excluding SA residents).
How old do I have to be to enter?
You must be 18 years or over to enter the promotion.

Can I swap the prize?
Prizes are as specified and are non-transferable.
How do I know if I am a winner?
If you are a winner, you will be notified as a ‘provisional winner’ immediately on screen on the competition website. Your entry will then be verified by our team, and we will send you an email within 7 business days to advise on the outcome of their entry. Winners names will also be published on https://www.nestle.com.au/en/productnews/winners within 14 days of being determined an instant prize winner.
I am a ‘provisional’ instant prize winner, what does this mean and what are the next steps?
Provisional instant prize winners will be notified immediately on screen via the competition website. We will validate your entry and send you an email to your registered email address within 7 business days to advise on the outcome of your entry. If it has been more than 10 business days, please get in contact with us at MaggiWinWithKitchenAid@xpobrands.com.au. Alternatively get in contact with Nestle Customer Support via the Contact Us button in the menu.
I received an email confirming that my entry has been validated, what happens next?
Once your entry is validated you will receive an email asking you to claim your prize. Follow the instructions in the email, by the prize claim date (12pm AEDT on 5 December 2025), to provide us with further details including your Australian postal address. Once these details are received, we will organise posting out your prize. Please note, if you do not claim your prize by the prize claim date, your prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner chosen.
I am not an instant prize winner, what can I do now?
Sorry that you are not an instant prize winner this time! To try again, simply make a new purchase of any 3 MAGGI products in one transaction at a participating retailer during the promotional period and come back to enter again!
A quick note: once you have entered with a particular receipt, you cannot use the same receipt to enter again. Also, if you have already won a prize in this promotion you will not be eligible to win another prize (excluding SA residents).
