Promotional Period

Entries into the promotion open at 12.01am AEDT on 4 February 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on 3 March 2026.

Entry Restrictions

Subject to Clause 3 of Conditions of Entry, entry is open to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or over (“Eligible Entrant”).

Participating Product(s)

A participating product is any FELIX product (each a “Participating Product”).

Participating Retailers

A participating retailer is any online or in-store Coles Supermarket (excluding Coles Express) located in Australia that stocks the Participating Product and displays material advertising the Promotion (each a “Participating Retailer”).

Entry Method

To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period:

Spend $5 or more on any Participating Product(s), in a single transaction from a Participating Retailer (“Eligible Purchase”);
Scan the QR code on any point of sale material or visit http://www.nestlepromotions.com.au/findfelix and follow the prompts to the Promotion landing page;
Complete the entry form and input the requested details, including (but not limited to) their name, email address, phone number, post code, receipt number and upload an image of their itemised purchase receipt* and click on “submit” to finalise their entry;
Eligible Entrants must proceed to an online Instant Win game page where the Eligible Entrants will be presented with a find Felix® instant win game (“Find Felix® Instant Win Game”) Using their computer mouse, finger or stylus, entrants will be required to click on pieces of furniture to find Felix. Upon completing the game, Eligible Entrants will be immediately notified via an onscreen message whether or not they have provisionally won an Instant Win Prize. If an Eligible Entrant is deemed a provisional Instant Win Prize Winner, they will receive an email relating to the prize. If they have not won an Instant Win Prize, they will not receive an e-mail. All non-winning Instant Win Prize entries will be automatically placed in a Second Chance Draw. Note: For clarity, the Find Felix® Instant Win Game is for entertainment purposes only. The outcome of the game is pre-determined and based on chance (skill plays no part in determining a winner).

Once the Find Felix® Instant Win Game has been completed (whether they are an Instant Prize Winner), they will receive one (1) entry into the Major Prize Draw.

*Note: Eligible Entrants must retain original itemised purchase receipt(s). Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store/online store of purchase, the receipt/invoice number, that the product(s) purchased are Participating Product(s) and that the Eligible Purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry. All Prize Winners are deemed provisional Prize Winners and subject to verification before being awarded an Instant Win Prize and/or Major Prize (defined below).

Maximum entries permitted

Multiple entries permitted subject to the following:

maximum of one (1) entry permitted per qualifying transaction;
limit one (1) entry permitted per person per day; and
each entry must be completed separately and in accordance with the entry instructions above.

The entrant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) Instant Win prize. This prize limit does not apply to SA residents.

Instant Win and Major Prize Draw Details

Draw to determine Instant Win Prize Winners:
There are one-thousand (1000) Instant Win Prizes to be won during the Promotional Period.

To determine when an entrant will be deemed a provisional instant winner, the Promoter will conduct a draw prior to the commencement of the Promotional Period (at 12.00pm AEDT on 12 January 2026) at iGoDirect Pty Ltd, 425 Smith St, Fitzroy VIC 3065 using a computerised program which will randomly allocate one-thousand (1000) ‘winning moments’ between the start and end of the Promotional Period (each a “Winning Moment”).

The first valid entry to play the Find Felix Game after one of those Winning Moments has passed will win an Instant Win Prize (subject to verification).

Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured. Any instant win prizes that are unwon or won but unclaimed will be awarded in the redraw.

Major Prize Draw to determine Major Prize Game Participant:

All entries will be entered into the Major Prize Draw for the chance to participate in the Game (defined below). The Major Prize Draw will take place at iGoDirect Pty Ltd, 425 Smith St, Fitzroy VIC 3065 on 6 March 2026 at 12pm AEDT, using computerised random selection. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entry is drawn.

The first (1) valid entry drawn in the Major Prize Draw will win (“the Major Prize Game Participant”) the opportunity to play a 1 in 20 envelope pick game ("the Game") for the chance to play for $100,000 (or receive a consolation prize of $10,000). The prize will be awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer (EFT) into the Major Prize Winner’s nominated Australian bank account (“Major Prize”).

The Major Prize is the chance to play to win:

A monetary prize of $100,000 (chosen via an envelope pick event)* OR a consolation prize of $10,000 transferred to winner’s nominated Australian bank account. See below for more information.

*The Game will occur on 10 April 2026 at 12:00pm AEST (OR date advised by the Promoter to take into account the Prize Claim Date and availability of Major Prize Game Participant). The Game will take place at iGoDirect Pty Ltd, at iGoDirect Pty Ltd, 425 Smith St, Fitzroy VIC 3065, with the Major Prize Game Participant to attend online or via telephone. Participation will be via a recorded Microsoft Teams or Zoom video (or similar) meeting and the Promoter will provide these details to the Major Prize Game Participant prior to the Event.

Alternatively, the Major Prize Game Participant may elect to (at his or her own cost):

Attend the Game in person at iGoDirect Pty Ltd, 425 Smith St, Fitzroy VIC 3065;
In writing before the Game, nominate a proxy (aged 18 years or over) to participate in the Game on their behalf. If a proxy is appointed, the decision by the Proxy is final and binding on the Major Prize Game Participant; or
In the event that the Major Prize Game Participant or the nominated Proxy is unable to attend the Game, a representative of the Promoters agency iGoDirect Pty Ltd will select an envelope and participate in the Game on their behalf, ensuring that the winner has an equal chance of winning a prize.

At the Game, the Major Prize Game Participant (or their nominated proxy) (“Contestant”) will be shown twenty (20) sequentially numbered envelopes. One (1) envelope will contain an inserted message stating “$100,000” and the remaining nineteen (19) envelopes will contain an inserted message stating “$10,000”. The Contestant will be asked to select a number which will correspond with the numbered envelope. If the Contestant selects an envelope that contains the “$100,000” winning insert, they will win $100,000 (paid via bank transfer). If the Contestant selects an envelope that contains a “$10,000” insert, they will win the $10,000 consolation prize. The Contestant’s odds of winning the $100,000 Major Prize are 1 in 20. The odds of being drawn to play the Game may be significantly higher than the odds of the Participant winning the $100,000 Major Prize and will depend upon the number of entries received. Once the Contestant selects an envelope; they will not be able to change their selection. If there is any dispute to the envelope selected by the Contestant, the Promotor’s decision will be final. An independent scrutineer will be present at the game to ensure the game is conducted as per these conditions of entry and any game rules.

In the event that the Major Prize Game Participant or the nominated Proxy is unable to attend the Major Prize Game, a representative of the Promoter will select an envelope and participate in the Major Prize Game on their behalf, ensuring that the winner has an equal chance of winning a prize.

Major Prize Conditions:

The Major Prize will be supplied by the Promoter’s agency, iGoDirect Pty Ltd, 425 Smith St, Fitzroy VIC 3065. All monetary prizes are as per the Conditions of Entry. Subject to the requirements in Clause 7 and 8 below, transfer of the monetary prize will take place within 28 days of the Major Prize Winner participating in the Game. It is the responsibility of the Major Prize Winner to provide a valid Australian form of photo ID and a bank statement showing their name and account number as proof to take ownership of the cash prize (any balance amounts can be redacted). Prizes are not transferable.

Winners of a cash prize are responsible for providing full and accurate bank details. The Promoter will not be responsible for incorrect details being provided, a banking institution rejecting an EFT payment, or any costs associated with locating any lost monies.

Instant Win Prize:

Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Coles Digital eGift Card are not included. Any unused balance of the Coles Digital eGift Card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a Coles Digital eGift Card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on a Coles Digital eGift Card. Information on terms of use for the Coles Digital eGift Cards are available at https://www.giftcards.com.au/ShoppingCart/ProductDetail/GC_Coles . The Coles Digital eGift is redeemable at Coles Supermarkets and Coles Central stores nationwide. Coles Digital eGift are not redeemable on Coles Online or at Shell/Reddy Express or Liquorland. Not redeemable for cash or payments of credit or store accounts. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards. This card will expire 4 years from the date of issue.

Prize Winner Notification

Instant Win Prize Winners:

Instant Win Prize Winners will be notified immediately that they are a provisional winner (and pending verification) on screen via the promotion website. They will also receive an email to their registered email address within five (5) business days of being determined an Instant Win Prize Winner.

Major Prize Game Participant:

The Major Prize Game Participant will be notified in writing by email by 5.00pm AEDT on 11 March 2026.

Instant Win Prize and Major Prize Winner Publication Details

The Major Prize Game Participant and Instant Win Prize Winners’ details will be published (first initial, surname and postcode) on www.purina.com.au/past-winners by 13 March 2026.

Prize Claim Date

The Major Prize Participant and Instant Win Prize Winners must claim their prize by 11.59pm AEST on 15 June 2026 by responding to the Prize Winner Notification. If the prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date, the prize may be forfeited and the Promoter may determine an alternative winner.

Re-Draw Details

All unwon Instant Win Prizes (or won but not claimed), or if the Major Prize remains unclaimed or where a selected entry is deemed invalid, or the prize is otherwise forfeited: the Promoter will conduct a further draw from all remaining entries into the promotion to distribute prizes. The redraw will take place iGoDirect Pty Ltd, 425 Smith St, Fitzroy VIC 3065 at 12:00pm AEST on 17 June 2026. The draw is electronic, and the winner/s will be selected at random. The winners, if any, will be notified by email within five (5) business days and their details will be published (initial, surname and postcode) at www.nestle.com.au/productnews/winners within seven (7) days of the redraw. Winners will be required to follow the instructions in the winner notification email to claim their prize.

Conditions of Entry

These Conditions of Entry are to be read in conjunction with the Schedule to Conditions of Entry. To the extent that there is any inconsistency between the Conditions of Entry and the Schedule to Conditions of Entry, the Schedule to Condition of Entry prevails.
Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these Conditions of Entry and Schedule to Conditions of Entry is invalid.
Standard entry restriction: Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with the Promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
Promotional Period: The Promotion will take place during the Promotional Period. Any entry that occurs outside this period is invalid.
Receipt of entries for electronic entries: Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, late, lost or misdirected information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission.
Games of Chance: If more than one prize is offered for that draw, the prize with the highest value will be awarded first. If other prizes are available to be won in that draw, they will be awarded in descending value. The name of any prize winner will be published on the internet at www.nestle.com.au/productnews/winners.
Verification Requirements: The Promoter may require the entrant to provide proof of identity, age, and residency and that the entrant meets all entry requirements. Where the Promotion requires the purchase of a product(s), the Promoter may require any prize winner to produce the original purchase receipt/s for every entry they or their household made during the Promotion period in order to claim a prize. If an entry cannot be verified to the Promoter’s satisfaction, the entry will be invalid.
Monetary Prizes: If money is offered as a prize, the prize may be awarded by way of cheque, EFTPOS card or by transfer to a nominated bank account. If the prize is to be delivered by bank transfer, the winner will be required to advise the Promoter of their nominated bank account details for their prize money to be deposited.
Tickets to an Event or an Experience: If tickets to an event or an experience are offered as a prize, the prize will be subject to the organiser’s terms. To the extent permitted at law, the Promoter is not liable for any cancellation or re-scheduling that may prevent prize fulfilment. The tickets to the event cannot be converted to cash nor replaced if lost, stolen or defaced. Tickets can only be used on the date(s) specified on the ticket.
Trip Prize: If travel is offered as a prize, flights and accommodation are subject to availability at time of booking. Additional spending money, meals, taxes, valid passports, visas, transport to & from departure point additional transfers, insurance & all other ancillary costs not specifically stated in the Schedule to Conditions of Entry are the responsibility of the winner. It is a condition of accepting the prize that all components of the prize be taken during the trip and all persons taking the trip depart from & return to the winner's nearest capital city at the same time unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.
Vouchers: If a voucher is offered as a prize, the prize will be subject to the issuer’s terms of use and are valid until the voucher expiry date stated on the voucher itself. The card cannot be converted to cash nor replaced if lost, stolen or defaced.
Vehicle: If a vehicle is offered as a prize, the vehicle includes registration, 3rd party insurance, a full tank of petrol and all on-road costs. Any additional costs including comprehensive insurance and additional optional extras are the responsibility of the winner.
Standard Prize Restriction: All prizes unless stated to the contrary are not transferable & cannot be converted to cash.
Prize Value: Prize value is correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prize.
Prize Delivery: Prizes will only be delivered in Australia and each winner should allow 28 days from prize winner determination for delivery of their prize, or (if required) the date they advise the Promoter of their nominated Australian bank account details for their prize money to be deposited.
If a prize winner or participant is under the age of 18 years of age: The prize will be awarded to the winner's parent/guardian on their behalf. The Promoter may require a winner under the age of 18 years to be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian throughout prize fulfilment.
If the prize becomes unavailable: The Promoter may substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value in the event that any prize item is unavailable despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure within Australia. This substitution may be subject to any approval process required by any relevant gaming or lotteries authority if the Promotion is a game of chance.
Tampering: The Promoter may disqualify any individual entrant or group of entrants for tampering with the entry process. Tampering includes but is not limited to the utilisation of techniques designed to avoid payment of call costs or the making of multiple entries that are not associated with a separate eligible purchase, or submitting an entry which is not otherwise in accordance with these Conditions of Entry and Schedule to Conditions of Entry. Should the Promoter find evidence of tampering by an individual, in addition to declaring any or all entries made by that individual invalid, the Promoter may also preclude that entrant from participation in future promotions of the Promoter.
Technical Malfunction: If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter may (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, related to participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this Promotion.
Publicity: If a winner agrees to participate in follow-up interviews and publicity then the Promoter may use their name, image, photograph/s, film and sound recordings for publicity and promotion purposes, without compensation, and the Promoter will own copyright in any such images, photograph/s, film and sound recordings and in all material incorporating the same.
Entry Content: The Promoter may adapt and use any entry content for publicity and promotion purposes for an unlimited time throughout the world without compensation in any media, social media, advertising and/or promoting any goods or services of the Promoter.
Copyright: It is a condition of participating in the Promotion that the entrant warrants that their entry is original and does not infringe the intellectual property of any third parties. The entrant assigns all rights, title and interest in their entry to the Promoter without compensation. The entrant further agrees not to object to the Promoters use of the entry material on the basis of any moral right. The Promoter may, if required request that an entrant complete any documentation necessary to give effect to this assignment of right, title and interest.
Liability: To the extent permitted by law: (a) the Promoter’s only liability is as expressly stated in these terms and provisions in the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, and all other guarantees, warranties and conditions are excluded; and (b) the Promoter will not be liable to you (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) for any consequential, special, incidental or indirect loss or damage including loss of profit or loss of opportunity. .
Australian Consumer Law: These terms and conditions do not exclude or limit the application of any statutory provision (including a provision of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of these terms and conditions to be void.
Disruptive, abusive, unsuitable entries: The Promoter may determine all entries invalid and/or preclude participation by an entrant if an entrant disrupts, annoys, abuses, acts contrary to law or engages in fraudulent or misleading and deceptive conduct.
Tax: Winners should obtain their own independent financial advice in relation to any tax liability that may arise as a result of their participation in the Promotion.
Promoter’s Decisions: All decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter (acting reasonably) and are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
Social Media: The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. Entrants completely release Facebook, Instagram or X (formerly known as Twitter) from any and all liability relating to the Promotion (this release is a requirement of the operators of Facebook, Instagram and X (formerly known as Twitter)).
Privacy: Each entry becomes the property of the Promoter. All details will be held in accordance with the Nestlé Privacy Policy which can be accessed by visiting www.nestle.com.au or calling 1800 025 361.
